Identity Verification (KYC)

• Scanned copy or photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport

• Photograph or selfie holding your identity document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may be delayed until the next banking business day. rex88 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available Account balance funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to an Indonesian bank account registered in your own legal name matching your rex88 Account name.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rex88, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

Upon Account termination, your access to all Services will be immediately revoked.
